Girl Meets World is a TV sitcom created and released in the USA. The release was initially carried out by Disney Channel with the first season release date on the 27th of June 2014. The show appeared a sequel to another sitcom series known as Boy Meets World that started airing in 1993 on ABC channel. This show ended in 2000. The sequel is about the original characters from Boy Meets World series. They were Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence, who got married at the end of the show in 2000. In Girl Meets World Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel get back to the series to portray their characters of 2000 and their family life together with their teen daughter named Riley Matthews. Her dad is a teacher of history and her mom is a lawyer. Girl Meets World season 4 release date hasn’t been announced, but the project hasn’t been wrapped up, so we should be patiently waiting.

Many years passed since Cory (portrayed by Ben Savage) and Topanga Matthews (portrayed Danielle Fishel) decided to move to NYC. The series’ plot revolves around their daughter named Riley Matthews (portrayed by Rowan Blanchard), and her best friend named Maya Hart (portrayed by Sabrina Carpenter). Together they’re navigating through their lives filled with challenges of being a teen at school and in the family. Every new episode of the series also revolves around their relationships with classmates named Lucas Friar (portrayed Peyton Meyer) and Farkle Minkus (portrayed Corey Fogelmanis). The characters’ list also includes the brother of Riley named Auggie (portrayed by August Maturo).

Rotten Tomatoes gave the show 82% rating basing on the opinions of 17 critics. The general rating is 7.3 points out of 10. The series was not called only comical. It provokes sweet nostalgia of Boy Meets World. It demonstrated positive moral for people of all ages. Metacritic gave the show a 64-point score basing on the opinions of 10 critics. The reviews are mostly positive. The series’ premiere was described by most critics as perfectly pleasant and cute.

There’s no official info on when Girl Meets World will be released or filmed, but the project is still on with more captivating episode to go in the future, cause the series’ viewership is stable and the ratings are pretty high.
