Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is a science-fiction action film planned to be released this spring in the USA. The characters of the film initially appeared in Marvel comic series about superheroes. The distribution is carried out by Walt Disney Studios. The film is planned to be a sequel to Guardians of the Galaxy released in 2014. Plot
The action of the film revolves in 2 months after the end of the first film. The main characters travel through the universe doing their best to keep their family united.

- Chris Pratt portrays a half-alien, half-human named Peter Quill. He’s a Star-Lord and the head of the Guardians. When he was a kid, he was abducted from the Earth and brought up by the Ravagers.
- Zoe Saldana portrays an orphan from the world of aliens named Gamora. Thanos trained her to become a professional assassin.
- Dave Bautista portrays a warrior searching for revenge against Thanos named Drax the Destroyer.
- Vin Diesel portrays a humanoid looking like a tree named Groot. Diesel shares his voice with Groot for 16 versions of the film released in other countries.
- Bradley Cooper portrays the character of Rocket. He’s a genetically created bounty hunter and a skillful tactician. Besides, he’s able to handle various types of weapons.
- Michael Rooker portrays a buccaneer named Yondu Udonta. He’s the Ravagers leader and one of the Guardians.
