The news of the upcoming sequel was released in May 2015, right after the creators saw the success of their new show. Because of the series’ success, the PlayStation Network has confirmed that there will be more upcoming episodes about the present-day heroes who call themselves Powers. It is quite an experiment within the network, as Sony PlayStation have never broadcast a drama before.

The story
The main action of the TV show takes place in a world full of superheroes who can be glimpsed in the midst of ordinary people. Dean Pilgrim and Christian Walker, the protagonist duo, are homicide detectives who happen to investigate the case on superheroes, which all brings them closer to each other.
In 2016, it will be a year since the TV series’. The people have seemed to get used to it, as they will surely wait for the DVD and Blu-ray versions to come out later in 2016 as well.
