Finding Dory release date was scheduled for June 16, 2016. There is no official news about Finding Dory release date on Bluray and DVD.

Story

The main character of animated cartoon Finding Dory is a tiny blue fish Dory that Nemo met while looking for his father. But the time, Dory will go in search of her own family, with his friends. The plot of Finding Dory premiere takes place in the ocean off the coast of California, after six months after the events in the initial cartoon.

The main character of animated film Finding Dory – a cheerful blue fish Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) from the family of surgeonfish. Once upon a time Dory lost her memory & right now should never remember where it came from & where her home. Sometimes memory Dory emerge children remembering connected to the "pearl of Monterey" in California. & Dory decides to go in search of his family, along with his friends Nemo (Hayden Roulens) & Marlin (Albert Brooks). On their way they encounter beluga Bailey (Ty Burell), whale Dee (Kaitlin Olson) & octopus Hancock (Ed O’Neill), what is titled to become a guide Dory & her friends.

Ellen DeGeneres commented on the premiere of Finding Dory: "I get waited for the day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time. I’m not angry at the fact which it took so much time. I know the fact that the individuals at Pixar were busy generating Toy Story. But the time spent was worth it. There is a wonderful script. It has everything which I liked in the initial film: the soul is there, it’s really funny & most essentially – there’s a lot more Dory”.

Also keep in mind that Finding Dory won’t be a sequel to Finding Nemo but rather a side story with favorite characters.
